We partner with organizations that share our commitment to improving health outcomes in Oregon communities. Eligible organizations include:

Application Process
We support programs and initiatives that:
- Review our funding priorities and eligibility requirements
- Submit an initial inquiry through our online portal
- If invited, complete a full grant application
- Participate in a site visit or virtual meeting with our team
- Receive funding decision
